Hi there,
Welcome to The Dirty Apron Blog. If you’ve ever been to our cooking school or delicatessen, it’s clear we love food; you’ll either find us eating it, talking about it, dishing it up for others, or teaching people how to cook it. Food is who we are, so we decided to create a space where we could talk about it even more! With this blog we’d like to share our favourite foods, go-to recipes, best culinary adventures, and hear yours. We’ll include profiles on local producers and community events, and keep you up-to-date on all of our upcoming classes.
Come and meet us in person at The Dirty Apron Cooking School and Delicatessen, located at 540 Beatty Street in Vancouver’s Crosstown neighbourhood. Whet your culinary appetite in one of our hands-on cooking classes, join us in the delicatessen for a fresh and tasty lunch, or have one delivered right to your office. And don’t forget, from local charcuterie and cheeses to hard-to-find spices, there’s always something new to explore in the delicatessen’s shop.
